Golden Perch started as a homestay in Goa — run by digital nomads who wanted a better place to stay and work. When we couldn't find the right tools to manage it well, we built them.
Sanchita runs the homestay with love and care — the kind that no system can manufacture. She is the human heart behind Golden Perch, making sure that as we build smarter automation, it never loses sight of what matters most: the people staying with us and how they feel.
The builder behind the platform. Garvit has been running multiple properties while simultaneously building the tools that make them easier to manage. Everything in this platform was born out of a real problem he faced as a host — and solved as an engineer.
Chiku adopted the company long before anyone asked her to. She takes the house seriously — and will let you know if something feels off. Once she trusts you though, she'll personally escort you to every hidden gem in the neighbourhood.
